Hello! And, thank you for stopping by my blog.  A little about me?  Sure, I would be happy to tell you more.

I am a born and raised country gal from Eastern Oklahoma. I spent over 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, then, at the age of 40 decided to go to college.  I am now a stay at home mom, wife and soon to be grandma.  

  

I love crafting.  And the best part of crafting is finding things around the house to reuse, refurbish, and/or remodel.  I love to cook.  I learned to cook from my mom and I have some of her best recipes inside my head. I love trying new recipes, but cherish the old, tired and true.  I try to make my house, which my grandparents built, our home.  

Being a stay at home mom has been the best decision I have made.  I love trying new recipes and engaging my family in craft projects. I find joy and great pleasure in sharing my projects, ideas and recipes with friends and family.
